 Responsibilities

  • Formulate reports for management on security status
  • Analyse data to form proposal for improvements e.g implementation of new technology. 

Requirements 

  • Retired Military Officers in the rank of brigadier or equivalent / in the police service in the rank Deputy inspector General, with service   record, are encouraged to apply. 
  • Strong team management skills and ability to coordinate with outside entities 
  • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning 
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

Application forms can be obtained form the Senior Assistant Register / Establishments, The Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala, Nugegoda either by sending a self addressed stamped envelope of 23x10 c.m. size to reach the University on or before 08.12.2017. or by personally  calling over at the Office of the Senior Assistant Register / Establishments. Applications can also be downloaded from University web site.

Applicants from higher Educational Institutions, Government Departments and Government Corporations should apply through the Heads of their institutions. Applications which do not conform to the requirements, applications received after the closing date and incomplete applications will be rejected. Please attach certified copies of certificates.
