Urgent Requirement

A reputable Real Estate & Facilities Management company is in need of a : Senior Operations Manager

An engineering graduate with a mechanical or Electrical as main subject more than 10 years of experience in Gulf region  and Arabic speaking is preferred.
More than 10 years managerial and/or technical delivery experience.
Experience of facilities management service delivery of palace/ Hotels
A successful track record of managing FM Contracts simultaneously 
Awareness of market trends, legislation, industry and best practice in facilities management
